Local expanded cinema curators Compass Presents will be programming a weekend of free outdoor cinema on College Green, with something to suit all ages. Audiences will be invited to hop on one of 40 static bikes that will generate electricity to contribute to powering the screen.

Looking for ice skating in Bristol? Join Propyard at the cities only indoor festive ice rink. Housed within the Propyard Studio space and sheltered from the elements making it the perfect choice for your Winter skating. Ticket price includes your skate hire and we also have ice-training dolphins for nervous/smaller skaters.
Dogs and free pints? We're sold. Wiper and True are holding Wiper Walkies on the first sunday of every month. Meet at their St Werburghs taproom at 1pm for a one hour walk around the Mound, circling back to the taproom for a free pint at 2pm. All dogs and ages welcome; water bowls and dog treats available at the bar.

Bristol’s favourite brewers, Left Handed Giant, are hosting an exciting makers market this November ahead of the festive season. Go along to their tap room to support Bristol’s local independent artists and sip on some fresh LHG beers. You’ll find plenty of art and crafty bits, prints, ceramics, jewellery and clothes along with hot food, desserts and hot chocolate on site to keep you warm whilst you browse.
If it’s a family day out in Bristol you’re after, we’ve got just the thing. Following the popularity of Propyard's Kids & Family day at the Jubilee, they are bringing it back with even more activities for all including a drag queen workshop, dance workshop, bouncy castle, crafts, disco face painting and lots more. This event is inclusive for all ages and completely free, sign up to register for your ticket.
The Bristol International Balloon Fiesta attracts over 100 Hot Air Balloons and 500,000 visitors over the four days of the event. The Fiesta has become as much of an icon for Bristol as Brunel, Wallace and Gromit or Concorde. The fiesta features twice daily mass ascents featuring hundreds of balloons taking off from a ballooning arena at the centre of the event site.
Join the Scribble and Sketch artists at locations across the city on Saturdays once a month for free family workshops. These sessions are designed for children and grown-ups to take part in together - everyone is welcome.
