The menu is a showcase of dishes, all curated with produce from local suppliers. The head chef, Moi, will personally introduce the menu and his dishes, all bearing the influence of his Spanish roots. The culinary experience will be enhanced by the expertise of Dan, who will expertly pair the food with vegan wines from Stewart Wines.
