Bristol Puppy Yoga

Puppy yoga is back – the cutest way to spend an afternoon!

What to expect:

  • A wonderful way to socialise with young puppies, helping them grow into healthier, happier dogs as they get comfortable interacting with lot of people in the 5-8 weeks before they go off to their forever homes!

  • Enjoy the physical and mental benefits of a yoga class

  • Enjoy the mental benefits of being around animals

  • Spend some quality time with adorable animals - leave with a big smile!

Your host Lucy has responsibly selected puppies that are not from professional breeders. Each puppy at puppy yoga is either a happy accident or from a first litter where the mums are pets and aren't kept to be bred. Lucy meets the mums, hangs out with both mum and pups, and ensures that their welfare is of utmost importance!

The puppy's foster-humans will be at puppy yoga to make sure that all pups are enjoying themselves as much as the people attending.

Movement at this event is yoga-inspired but does not claim to be yoga in its truest form. Lucy hopes to introduce yoga to as many people as possible in a relaxed and accessible setting and subsequently invite them to develop their own practice.

These events also provide an opportunity to meet and connect with people in Bristol who may also be looking to embark on their own yoga journey but are intimidated by traditional yoga settings.
