Wiper and True are celebrating 10 years of brewing beautiful beer with a big old birthday bash in the brewery. They've got a best of Bristol line-up for the night. Here's what's in store:
They're transforming their brand spanking new brewery into a dance floor for one-night-only, with local legends Alfresco Disco banging out the tunes, 9pm-3am. The taproom will be open as normal, but the party in the brewery will only be open to ticket holders.
As well as Japanese delights from resident kitchen Eatchu, they'll have the iconic Bianchi's Restaurant team repping the cooking, with food available to buy on the night. They're bringing the Italian tradition of midnight pasta to the brewery, serving up world class late night pasta to the hungry hordes of dancers. The Bianchi's team will be serving up their famous Calabrian Chilli Sausage & Wild Garlic Rigatino, with Black Mushroom Casarrecce for the vegans and vegetarians.
It wouldn't be a Wiper and True birthday without some really beautiful beer, and they'll be pouring the freshest kegs of their six epic birthday beers - each a collaboration with the UK's finest breweries. The usual selection of alcohol-free, soft drinks, local spirits, ciders and natural wines will be available, too.
